Los Alamos Visiting Nurses Service will offer Blood Pressure Checks at both Centers to help our members monitor their risk of hypertension. No registration is necessary, simply walk in and get your blood pressure checked by a friendly nurse!

Did you know that your blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol, hemoglobin are measured every time you donate whole blood? You get a mini-physical and help your community! Vitalant Blood Donation will be at White Rock Senior Activity Center on Thursday, October 10 from 10am-2pm.

The CDC has a Respiratory Illness Data Channel, where you can monitor the spread of Covid-19, Flu, and RSV in the state of New Mexico and Los Alamos County.
