Mark your calendars with the upcoming closures & changes at the Senior Activity Centers! 

Closures

With the Fall and Winter Holidays upon us, please take note of the following planned closures.

• Monday, November 11 for Veterans Day

• Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for Thanksgiving

• Tuesday, December 10 for Staff Training

• 2pm on Tuesday, December 24 thru Wednesday, January 1 for Christmas/New Years

  
  Changes & Cancelations

The Great Room at Betty Ehart has been closed the past week, and will still be closed through Friday, November 8 as Los Alamos County completes the ceiling repairs.

• Cardio Plus & Variety Training meet in the Patio Room at Oppenheimer Place 11/4, 11/5, 11/6

• Get Fit is canceled 11/5, meets in the Classroom 11/7

• Line Dancing meets in the Classroom 11/7

• Pilates Canceled 11/8

The Classroom at Betty Ehart will be closed from Friday 11/1 thru Wednesday 11/6

• Ukulele meets upstairs at the Game Tables Tuesday 11/5

• Yoga canceled Monday 11/4 & Tuesday 11/5

• Quilters meets in the Downstairs Lounge Wednesday 11/6

• Los Alamos Duplicate Bridge Club canceled Wednesday 11/6

Snow Policy

Please take a moment to review LARSO’s Snow Policy as we move into the chilly time of year.

The Senior Activity Centers typically follow the Los Alamos Public School Snow Schedule.

• If we are DELAYED 2 hours: Home Delivered Meal recipients please use your emergency meal.

Community/Congregate Meal participants we will have a meal at the Centers for you,

although it may not be the meal on the the menu.

• If we are CLOSED: Home Delivered Meal recipients please use your emergency meal.

Community/Congregate Meal participants we will not be serving lunch.
