The Friends of the Senior Centers (FOSC) Board of Directors manages all funds and approves all expenditures made to the Los Alamos and White Rock Senior Activity Centers. Board meetings are held every third Thursday. The meeting location alternates between Betty Ehart Senior Activity Center and White Rock Senior Activity Centers.

Travel Talk: Sailing Mexico
Nancy and Phil Rink rescued a classic but derelict sailboat, restored its glorious functionality, and left Anacortes, WA, for a global circumnavigation (or something like that). They found that the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Mexico were as far as they needed to go, and spent five years collecting pictures and stories to share with you.

Charity Chair Yoga Class
Join local yoga instructor Heather Quinn for a Charity Chair Yoga Class in recognition of the service and sacrifices of U.S. Veterans.
This community event will raise funds for the Veterans’ Yoga Project, a national nonprofit that supports veterans and their families through yoga, mindfulness, and resilience training. Donations are appreciated, but all are welcome regardless of ability to contribute.
