A Matter of Balance Class Starts Again in April
We will offer our 2nd 2024 The Matter of Balance class in April.
This evidence-based program is designed to reduce the fear of falling and improve activity levels of older adults.
The program is FREE and completed in eight sessions, two hours, twice a week.
Personal Training at Betty Ehart & White Rock

We are excited to offer a collaborative program with our local YMCA. You can work with a YMCA personal trainer in the comfort of our fitness centers.
